I grew up in Alkapuri. Attended primary school (up to 8th std) at Rosary and then High School at Scindia School, Gwalior. Obtained BA (Hons) from MSU and then MA and MBA from Notre Dame and Michigan (Ann Arbor) Universities respectively. Worked for 40 years at Procter & Gamble retiring as Chairman, P&G India in 2009. Now live in Mumbai and Baroda. Currently active in running advertising associations (Indian Society of Advertisers and Advertising Standard Council of India), consultant to FMCG, Advertising and OTC pharma companies, on Board of several companies, involved with cricket at BCA (played for Baroda College ie Faculty of Arts), Trustee Sardar Patel Trust (Karamsad), Scindia School (Gwalior). And enjoying Golf at Willingdon Club, Mumbai and GBGC, Motibagh Palace. Married to Sheela Patel (nee Bhat), erstwhile MSU and Gujarat Badmington Champion. One daughter Mithila who's married and currently lives in Hongkong. Very keen to connect with my Rosary classmates.
