I did my schooling in Kalol and Aglod and did B.A. (English) from Vivekananda Arts College, Ahmedabad. I worked with Ahmedabad Electricity Company and then Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. (IPCL). I retired in 2007. My one daughter is in Ahmedabad and the other is in New Zealand. At present I am working with Jerry Varghese International Ltd. I have spent more than 35 years in Baroda and am proud to be a citizen of Baroda which gave me a lot.
